At Pawssibly Pet, we source products from trusted global suppliers to bring you high-quality pet care essentials at accessible prices. Because we operate a dropshipping model — shipping directly from our supplier's fulfilment centres to your door — delivery timelines are longer than local retail but allow us to keep prices fair and our product range wide. This page explains exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and handover to our fulfilment partner.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- During high-demand periods (sales events, holidays), processing may extend by 1–2 additional business days. We will notify you proactively if this applies to your order.
Shipping Timeframes by Region
Estimated delivery windows begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. All timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or local postal conditions.

Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in the country of origin. Delivery to remote or rural addresses may take additional time beyond the estimates above.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping promotions are applied automatically at checkout when qualifying order thresholds are met. Current promotions are displayed on our homepage and at checkout.
- Expedited shipping options may be available for select products and destinations — these will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.
- Tracking information may take 3–5 business days to update after dispatch as the package moves through the initial stages of the carrier network.
- If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at support@pawssiblypets.com.
- You can also track your order at any time via the Track My Order page on our website.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Pawssibly Pet ships internationally from fulfilment centres in Asia. Depending on your country's import regulations, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT upon arrival.
- Customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are levied by your country's customs authority and are entirely outside our control.
- We are legally required to declare the full value of all shipments on customs documentation. We are unable to mark orders as "gifts" or under-declare values.
- If you are unsure about import duties applicable in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.
- Pawssibly Pet is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. These delays are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds on shipping costs.
Delayed or Missing Orders
We understand that waiting for a package can be stressful, especially when it involves something for your pet. Here is what to do if your order is taking longer than expected:
- Check your tracking link — most delays are visible in the tracking system and resolve within a few days.
- Allow the full estimated window — please allow the maximum estimated delivery time for your region before contacting us, as carrier delays can occur without tracking updates.
- Contact us — if your order has not arrived within 30 days of the dispatch date, email us at support@pawssiblypets.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with our fulfilment partner immediately.
- Resolution — if an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. Pawssibly Pet is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@pawssiblypets.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the fulfilment process.
Multiple Items in One Order
If your order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately from different fulfilment locations and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.
