Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Pawssibly Pets, we believe clear expectations create better experiences. That's why we carefully pack and ship orders so your pet’s new items arrive safe and on time. Read below for processing times, tracking, and what to do if a package is delayed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment clears. During high-volume periods processing may take longer — we’ll notify you if that happens.

NB: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Timeframes

U.S. & Canada: 7–15 business days

UK & Europe: 10–20 business days

Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs

* Occasional promotions such as **free shipping over a certain order value** may be offered.

Tracking Information

After shipping we’ll email your tracking number so you can monitor the delivery. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact support@pawssiblypets.com.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, contact us and we’ll investigate. We’ll work with the carrier to find a solution — replacement or refund depending on the outcome.
