Returns

• Returns are accepted within 20  days of delivery (exact window to be finalized at launch). 
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Certain items may be non‑returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly stated on the product page.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

•  Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a few business days.
  

Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
